We are thrilled to announce a significant update to our meeting management system, designed to make collaboration even more seamless and transparent. With this latest release, users can now effortlessly track and identify new or updated items within their meetings, enhancing communication and ensuring that everyone stays on the same page.

Let’s use the following example to illustrate the new features. Using AgreeDo, User A creates a follow-up meeting to the 17. November meeting that is scheduled for 26.November. The two meetings (17. and 26. November) are linked in AgreeDo. User A uses AgreeDo to share the agenda for the upcoming meeting on 26. November with the attendees.

1. Real-time Item Tracking

Following the creation of a meeting on 17.11, attendees can now add new items and make updates dynamically. This includes the ability to modify meeting details, add items, and adjust existing content at any point between the creation date and the scheduled follow-up meeting on 26. November.

2. Visual Indicators for New and Updated Items

Users will immediately notice a sleek new design feature – a blue dot positioned on the upper left of the item icon. This dot serves as a quick and intuitive indicator that a specific item has been added or updated since the last meeting.

3. Seamless Collaboration

User A, for example, adds an item on 23. November for the upcoming meeting on 26. November The blue dot appears instantly, alerting all users, including User B who is preparing the meeting on 24.November, to the recent addition. This ensures that everyone is aware of the latest changes, fostering efficient collaboration.

4. Meeting-Day Visibility

On the day of the meeting (26. November), all attendees will see the blue dot on items that have been added or updated since the previous meeting on 17. November. This real-time visibility makes it easy to identify and focus on the latest information during the meeting.

5. Automatic Reset

Post-meeting, on 27.11, all items revert to their normal appearance for the 26.11 meeting. However, any new items or updates made after the meeting will once again be marked with the blue dot, ensuring ongoing clarity for subsequent interactions.

6. User-Friendly Icon Design

The addition of a small blue dot to the upper left of item icons aligns with industry-standard design practices, making it instantly recognizable and user-friendly.
